Kristen Meridieth

Instructor

With a lifelong passion for movement and expression, Mrs. Kristen Meridieth brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the art of dance. She began her training at the young age of 3, focusing on ballet and gymnastics, and continued all of her adolescent and teen years building a strong foundation in multiple disciplines including Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Tumbling, Lyrical, and Contemporary.

At the age of 13, she began pointe work, developing extensive technique under the primary mentorship of Lea Dalley Caplenor, as well as through instruction from numerous other respected teachers. Her training includes elite summer intensives led by renowned So You Think You Can Dance choreographers such as Mia Michaels, Shane Sparks, Dave Scott, and Laurieann Gibson - experiences that helped to shape her dynamic and versatile teaching style.

She began student teaching at The Dancer’s Studio in Lebanon at age 15, quickly moving into a staff teaching role by age 18. Her journey has also taken her to Platinum Dance Studio, where she continued to refine her teaching craft and inspire young dancers.

She is thrilled to be teaching once again, and to be a part of the talented team at Ballet Adora - not only as an instructor but also as a proud dance mom to her three daughters who currently train at the the studio. Her goal is to instill confidence, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the art of dance in every student she teaches as well as foster a deeper love for the Lord through dance, using it as an act of worship.
